LONG-DISTANCE
CONSULTATIONS
Before the initial phone consultation,
the client fills out and returns to Eileen an extensive intake form addressing
all aspects
of his or her life (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual). Eileen
reflects on this information beforehand, typically asks a few additional
questions, and comes to the first consultation with some possible essences
to consider. During the consultation she may seek clarification and
deeper insight into the client's written responses. Together they
work to establish a goal statement or "affirmation," specifically suited
to the client's life at this time, to be used in conjunction with taking
the flower essence blend during the next 3-4 weeks. This process
alone may produce a great deal of insight. If a client is physically
present, all meridians (invisible channels of energy in the body) and/or
chakras (invisible energy centers in the body) are checked for their state
of balance using kinesiology (muscle testing). If a client is not
physically present, essences are selected based on the interview in conjunction
with dowsing (an intuitive approach) instead of muscle testing. This
approach, which includes intuitive selection based on dowsing, along with
rational thought processes, allows for the element of serendipity, and
often great insights emerge
for the client as he/she listens to the descriptions of the possible essences
to be used. Approximately an hour of phone time should be allowed
for the initial consultation. The client will receive the bottle
of essences created specifically for his/her needs along with a list of
the essences in the blend. Subsequent sessions include a shorter
"check-in" followed by the same process and may take 45 minutes of phone
time. The session itself is often an enriching process of self-discovery
facilitated by the reflection and direction provided by Eileen. As
sessions unfold, what is "up" for the client is addressed, essences are
adjusted, and the progression resembles the characteristic "peeling of
the onion" image which is frequently used to describe healing processes.
Other forms of natural therapy (such as essential oils and herbal tinctures)
may be offered for additional support if desired by the client and appropriate.
Please contact Eileen if you are
interested in arranging an initial interview.
